How to register at the library
If you register via the online form, you will receive your library card on your first personal visit, when you will also pay the registration fee. The library registration is valid for 365 days and thanks to it you can borrow books, magazines or board games and take them home.
It also allows you to use free study rooms, book orders or bicycle deliveries. By obtaining membership, you agree to follow the Library Rules and Regulations ↗ where you can find all the necessary information.

Free registration can be used by
- children under 15 years of age
- recipients of benefits in material need
- visitors of the Department for the Blind and Visually Impaired with an expert medical assessment
How to borrow a book?
By registering, you get the possibility to choose documents in person at all locations of the library or through our online catalog.
You can borrow the documents for 31 calendar days. If you cannot return them on time, you can extend the loan period in the online catalog or by phone.
You can reserve books that are currently unavailable. That is why it is important that you respect the loan period deadlines. In case you exceed it, you may be required to pay a fee for delay.
